Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) Customs

Arrival. After a 5-hour delay in Newark (EWR) and the subsequent 7-plus hour flight on SAS, the 20-minute wait at Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) Customs was a breeze. And in the end I received a refund for my delayed flight (read my post on the home page about how the company called AirHelp negotiated a $425 refund from SAS!).
